Expandable Wire Sleeving

Expandable wire sleeving protects and organizes both wire bundles and individual large-gauge power cables. It’s commonly used in to shield wiring from abrasion and heat while giving installs a cleaner, more uniform look. The sleeving expands to slip over terminals or connectors, then contracts to grip the cable tightly.

For a secure finish, use heat shrink tubing at each end to hold the sleeving in place and seal it to the wire. This prevents fraying, keeps the sleeving from shifting, and creates a smooth transition between sleeving and bare cable.
